What to Expect at Your Appointment
After signing the release, your therapist will guide you to the cryotherapy room where you will be measured for height using our risers, which will be saved and documented on your profile with us. The therapist will answer any questions or concerns you have as they start to 'warm' up the machine for you depending on your cold tolerance. You will be given socks, booties and gloves to protect your hands and feet. You will be instructed while in the cryosauna to turn every 45 seconds or so! After 2 to 3 minutes, the therapist will open the door and you will feel rejuvenated and ready to take on the day! We also do offer a complimentary 10M session with the fascia roller after a whole body cryotherapy session.
We offer youth whole body cryotherapy for those between the ages of 13 to 17 (18, if still in high school).
All jewelry from the neck down must be removed.
Ensure you are 100% dry.
